Job Summary
Provide a clean and safe kitchen area in a park setting by adhering to dishwashing procedures, cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishware; work closely with back-of-house staff to ensure timely cleaning of kitchenware; organize and restock; maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas; follow department and health and safety manuals and proper chemical handling; understand ISO Environmental & Quality policies and initiatives; perform busser duties when not scheduled in the kitchen; obtain ServSafe or equivalent certification as required; flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; strong communication and interpersonal skills; 18+ years old; education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
