Dishwasher

Operate dishwashers and clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or machine. Restock kitchen items in appropriate locations and perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and managing garbage and recyclables. Maintain equipment through basic troubleshooting and ensure steam tables, flat tops, and ventilation hoods are properly cleaned. Assist cooks with prep work as needed and clean unseen areas monthly. Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and keep work areas sanitary. Shift work includes days, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable transportation required as the club is not on a bus route.
