Dishwasher

Clean dishwashers inside and out daily. Sweep the entire basement floor and wash employee bathrooms every Tuesday and Thursday. Scrub all sinks and mop floors daily. Break cardboard boxes and remove them for the trash collector. Keep the trash area clean, ensuring lids are always covered. On Mondays, clean and wash the food refrigerator floor and the kitchen hood. On Wednesdays, repeat the refrigerator floor cleaning. On Fridays, clean and wash the stainless steel cabinet using Polish cleaner. Perform normal duties on Saturdays. On Sundays, wash the employee bathroom and scrub the back stairs with water, soap, and bleach.
