Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for providing clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment to ensure guest satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the dish machine, sanitizing the service area and kitchen, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, and completing assigned prep and beautification tasks. This role requires the ability to lift heavy items, follow sanitation procedures, and communicate effectively with Team Members despite background noise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for guest service, reliability, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to bend and stoop frequently
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to communicate orders clearly
- Ability to hear requests in loud environments
