Job Summary
Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware ensuring they are clean, dry, and spot-free while maintaining the dish machine area, racks, and pot and pan zones. Stock clean dishes in storage, drain and disassemble dish machine parts for cleaning, and manage trash removal and liner replacement. Sweep and mop as needed, keep chemicals stocked with proper PPE, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies. Perform all other duties assigned, including knowledge of promotions and events. This role supports the delivery of superior guest service within a standard kitchen environment operating under physically and mentally stressful conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to recognize potential food hazards
