Job Summary
Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition by scrubbing, rinsing plates, and operating conveyor dish washing machines while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and chemical standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces; sweep and mop floors; remove trash; and transfer supplies between storage and work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned with regular attendance across multiple dining outlet kitchens. Variable schedule includes nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 30 pounds sometimes repeatedly
- Variable schedule with nights and weekend required
- Less than 10% travel required
