Dishwasher (m/f/d)

Maintain a clean kitchen by washing, sorting, and prepping soiled dishes while keeping the dish area clutter-free and organized. Set up dish stations, including machines and sinks, and change water every two hours using EcoLab chemical dilutions. Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers. Keep floors dry throughout the shift, manage trash cans, and remove full bins at the end of each shift. Assist in storing food deliveries, maintaining dry storage areas, and supporting food prep as requested by the chef. Follow posted daily duties with high energy and multi-tasking skills in a friendly, international team environment.
