Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining proper chemical levels in dish machines. Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and operating efficiently by storing items according to company standards. Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations during fast-paced, high-volume shifts. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and safely lift up to 50 pounds in a warm kitchen environment.
