Job Summary
Wash all wares in dishwashing machines or by hand, polish silverware and platters, and empty garbage cans while re-lining them. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean stainless steel surfaces, and maintain inventories of soap, chemicals, and paper towels. Transfer supplies between storage and work areas, store dishes properly, and assist with weekly kitchen cleaning lists. Perform other tasks including assisting in food preparation, storing foods after delivery, and cleaning coolers and storerooms. Work in a semi-private 18-hole golf club environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
