Job Summary
Dishwashers are responsible for washing and sanitizing all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc., assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house area, operating the dish machine, returning/restocking items after washing, reading a thermometer, and following safety/sanitation guidelines. Must be able to work a variety of hours including weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; must be a team player and adhere to employee handbook policies.
