Job Summary
DISHWASHER responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchen utensils, maintaining back of house cleanliness, operating the dish machine, restocking items after cleaning, reading a thermometer, communicating any issues to management, multitasking under pressure, and standing for an entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work a variety of hours including weekends, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines; team player who works with others to ensure efficient dishwashing operations.
