Job Summary
Sort, rinse, and rack dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils to the dish machine, while washing pots, pans, and trays by hand. Stack clean items back to the cook's line and inspect for cleanliness before delivery. Assemble and disassemble the dish machine, set up and break down the station, and monitor wash cycle temperatures. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash, and perform assigned utility duties. Maintain strict sanitation standards for china, glassware, and utensils. This part-time role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
