Job Summary
Wash all china, glass, and silverware while cleaning equipment, pots, and pans. Maintain kitchen work areas, food preparation equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop all floors, store equipment in proper locations, and transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, and complete required food handler certification. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and reach overhead is required. Work all venue events including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- CA Food Handlers Certification
- Union Membership
