Job Summary
Pre-rinse all dishes before loading them into the industrial dishwasher. Wash dishes from the kitchen, concession stands, and catering events using the industrial dishwasher. Clean all kitchen equipment regularly and as requested by the Executive Chef or other team members. Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis. Assist chefs with preparation for events. Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must hold current and valid food handler's permit
- Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
