Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment while maintaining the dishwasher's operation and cleanliness. Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean walls and bussing stations; empty trash cans and remove debris per company regulations. Operate the dishwashing machine by regularly cleaning and setting up chemicals, adhering to all proper chemical and safety procedures. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check, and hold a California Food Handlers Card.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to meet all scheduling and availability requirements.
- Ability to understand English at a sufficient level to receive and perform basic job assignments and instructions.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
