Job Summary
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of all kitchen equipment by sanitizing items after each use and between food items. Keep high sanitation standards in the dish area by regulating water temperatures and chemicals while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and organized through sweeping, mopping, spill cleanup, and trash removal. Assist in maintaining food safety and organization standards, receive provisions, and rotate stock. Perform light kitchen prep work as needed. Work a non-standard week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while commuting to Dunedin, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to commute to Dunedin, FL
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Dishwashing or Kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work successfully as a team or at times with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail related to order and cleanliness--you like everything in its place, and you take pride in this
