Job Summary
Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently while ensuring all items are sanitized and stored according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas, assist with trash and recycling removal, and sweep and mop floors regularly. Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies, support staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks, and report equipment malfunctions or hazards to management. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
