Dishwasher (Kitchen Steward)

Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces. Properly clean dishes, glassware, flatware, equipment, and utensils according to local law. Remove trash, steam clean garbage cans, and transfer supplies between storage and work areas. Assist with banquet table and buffet set up, loading/unloading supplies, and labeling food items. Distribute equipment as needed and attend required facility in-services. Demonstrate Sun Health behaviors to provide excellent service experiences to customers and residents. Maintain compliance with outlined sanitation and safety requirements while assisting with food preparation duties as assigned.
