Job Summary
Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces. Properly clean dishes, glassware, flatware, equipment, and utensils in accordance with local law. Remove trash, steam clean garbage cans, and transfer supplies between storage and work areas. Assist with banquet table setup, loading/unloading supplies, and labeling stored food items. Distribute equipment as needed and attend required facility in-services. Demonstrate Sun Health behaviors daily to provide excellent service experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate safe knife handling
- Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card at time of hire
