Job Summary
Wash dishes, glasses, and utensils by hand or with a dishwasher while maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen floors, equipment, and materials. Keep the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas sanitized. Empty garbage cans and transport waste to appropriate containers. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks, ensuring all pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized. Report any equipment issues to management and adhere to food safety, HACCP, and OHS standards. Work Monday to Friday or as business requires. Minimum one year of experience in a similar role is needed.
