Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that dishes and utensils are returned to the kitchen, cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored at all times, in accordance with the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities include preparing the dish room prior to meal service, transporting dishes to the kitchen, washing and sanitizing, returning clean dishes to storage, assisting with kitchen clean-up and sanitation across dish room, kitchen, dining areas, and equipment, responding to resident concerns in a professional manner, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting teamwork with staff. Qualifications include six months of kitchen experience (preferred), being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents, plus passing background and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Vaccination/health safety requirements per regulatory guidelines (PPE, daily screening, etc.)
