Job Summary
Empty the bus cart, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and store them in appropriate areas to ensure clean dish availability. Clean machines and appliances, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and rinse garbage cans. Prepare dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations. Support other restaurant staff by assisting with other tasks as needed and report kitchen accidents or food safety violations. Perform duties in an 8-hour shift while adhering to all food safety procedures and lifting at least 20 pounds.
