Job Summary
Dishwasher role responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and drying all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils to health standards; assist kitchen team with organization, equipment maintenance, and replenishing dishware during service; maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and surfaces, stock supplies, and support chefs and kitchen staff as needed. Must stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a friendly, team-based environment. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, knowledge of food safety standards, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
