Job Summary
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety by sanitizing all equipment, utensils, and workspaces, including running glasses through the dish machine twice. Sweep and mop floors regularly, wash pots and pans by hand, and clean surfaces like worktables and refrigerators to meet hygiene standards. Sort trash and recyclables, transport supplies between storage and service areas, and assist with food prep such as washing and peeling vegetables. Polish silverware, set up banquet tables for special events, and rotate stock to support kitchen organization. Collaborate with the culinary team for timely service while managing multiple tasks efficiently in this fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background check

- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role
