Job Summary
Ensure proper sanitation standards in Food and Beverage areas by unloading trucks, stocking supplies, and guiding lead dishwashers. Train staff on chemical handling, dish preparation, machine operation, and trash management. Maintain monthly inventory of china, glass, and silver while organizing cleaning chemicals and rotating stock. Collect dirty pans from the cooking line, transport them to the pot station, and clean loading dock areas. Operate dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Complete cleaning checklists, maintain ceiling and wall sanitation, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Assist in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model.
Required Qualifications
- Must move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Must be able to complete safety training and certifications.
