Job Summary
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Sort and stack clean items properly while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops. Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly and follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling policies to prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and spotless results. Requires physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
