Job Summary
Operate the dishwasher to wash dishes, clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils. Scrub pots and pans, burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silver. Stock and maintain supplies and equipment while performing various cleaning duties, including mopping and trash removal. Transport, store, and count clean service ware, preparing and placing items for events and functions.
