Operate the industrial dishwasher safely and efficiently while assisting with receiving deliveries, basic food prep, and kitchen waste disposal. Adhere to organization standards, sanitation regulations, and personal hygiene requirements. Aid other kitchen staff as needed and serve as an ambassador for Hi-Pointe Drive-In. This role supports the kitchen team at one of St. Louis's best fast casual restaurants, focusing on authentic burger service and team accountability.
