Key duties include operating and breaking down dishwashing machinery, handling cleaning agents safely with PPE, following health, sanitation, and safety protocols, reporting equipment issues, supporting the Cooks' Line, and ensuring timely attendance and professional conduct. Required to be at least 16 years old with preference for 6–12 months of related experience; no formal experience required. Strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, communication, and ability to work under pressure in a high-energy kitchen environment.
