Dishwasher - Hamilton Convention Centre

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment using an industrial dishwasher or by hand. Ensure all items are properly cleaned, dried, and returned to designated storage locations while maintaining clean kitchen work areas through sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces. Report low stock, damaged items, or equipment issues promptly to the Executive Chef and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Support kitchen operations by keeping dish stations, floors, and storage areas organized and assisting with trash and recycling removal. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and safe operations while taking direction from the Executive Chef.
