Job Summary
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all items are properly dried and stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas while adhering to sanitation procedures and health and safety guidelines. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Manage inventory of dishwashing supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
