Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand, then place clean items in storage. Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment by sweeping floors, scrubbing surfaces, and cleaning garbage cans with water or steam. Prepare and package individual place settings, stock supplies at serving stations, and load or unload delivery trucks. Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas while transferring equipment between storage and work zones. Perform other related duties as assigned, including following safety rules and food safety guidelines. Work nights and weekends while lifting up to 25 pounds. Prior food safety coursework is preferred.

- Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at a time
