Job Summary
Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Clean the interior dining area, exterior building, parking lot, restrooms, and utility area. Empty trash into dumpsters and keep the back dock clean. Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with glasses, silverware, and dishes. Ensure all duties meet local health department laws and quality standards. Report facility problems to the Manager. Complete the duty roster to ensure services are delivered just-in-time.
