Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining a safe, pleasant dining environment. Clean the interior restaurant, exterior building, parking lot, restrooms, and utility area. Empty trash into dumpsters and ensure the back dock area remains tidy. Stock cook, line, and server stations with glasses, silverware, and dishes to support just-in-time delivery. Perform duty roster to meet cleanliness and quality standards, following local health department laws. Report any equipment or facility issues to the Manager.
