Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Clean the parking lot, restrooms, and utility area; empty trash into the dumpster; and stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes. Ensure all cleaning meets local health department laws and quality standards by performing duty roster tasks. Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
