Dishwasher

Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Clean the parking lot, restrooms, utility area, and back dock, emptying trash into the dumpster. Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses and silverware to ensure excellent organization and speed. Perform duty roster to ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met in accordance with local health department laws. Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager. This role supports the dining experience at a Platinum Corral, LLC franchise location.
