Job Summary
Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Clean the interior dining area, exterior building, parking lot, restrooms, and utility space. Empty trash into the dumpster, ensure the back dock area is tidy, and stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses and silverware. Perform duty roster to meet quality standards and follow local health department laws. Report any equipment or facility problems to the Manager.
