Dishwasher

Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. Clean around the building exterior and parking lot, check and stock rest rooms, and empty trash into the dumpster. Thoroughly organize the utility area and stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes. Ensure all duties meet local health department laws and quality standards. Perform the duty roster and report any equipment or facility problems to the Manager.
