Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests while maintaining a pleasant, safe environment inside and outside the restaurant. Clean the building exterior, parking lot, restrooms, and utility area; empty trash into the dumpster and keep the back dock clean. Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes, ensuring organization, speed, and cleanliness. Perform duty roster to ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met, following local health department laws. Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
