Job Summary
Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and reset dining areas while monitoring dishwashing machines for proper water, soap, and pH levels. Maintain organization and sanitation of the line, BOH prep areas, storage, and walk-ins by sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning equipment like smokers and rotisseries. Ensure proper garbage disposal, trash removal, and recycling compliance. Stock paper towels, soap dispensers, and utensils; assist with kitchen prep, unloading deliveries, and consolidating products. Prepare dining areas and cook stations for the next shift.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekend shifts, and holidays
- Must know basic math
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to train and teach
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

- Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work with restaurant equipment (dishwasher machine, pots, and pans, etc.)
