Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils while operating dish machines and following proper sanitation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen floors, and equipment, and empty trash to designated areas. Assist with basic kitchen and cleaning tasks as needed while adhering to safety, food handling, and sanitation guidelines. This part-time role requires a mix of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to tolerate temperature changes from hot to cold and cold to hot.
- Must be able to tolerate noise and vibration and a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, working on scaffolding and high places.
- Must be able to tolerate atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, orders, dust, mists, gasses and/or poor ventilation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends
- Availability; Must be able and flexible to work as required by business demands most specifically days, nights, weekends & holidays.
- This is a part-time position. Availability must include a mix of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications
- No experience required but previous kitchen support experience is helpful
