Dishwasher / General Utility (PT/FT)

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. Operate the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift, keeping the food line stocked with clean plates. Perform end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation tasks, including work areas and restrooms. This role requires the ability to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the kitchen as necessary. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, are based on shift availability and management discretion.
