Dishwasher / General Utility (PT/FT)

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. Set up, operate, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift, ensuring the food line remains stocked with clean plates. Perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work areas and restrooms. Applicants must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely within the kitchen. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion.
