Dishwasher / General Utility (PT/FT)

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift, keeping the food line stocked with clean plates. Perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restroom cleaning. Applicants must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the kitchen as necessary. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, are based on shift availability and management discretion.
