Job Summary
Rinse, wash, pre-sort, and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room while keeping pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks. Operate the dish pit and dish machine to ensure efficiency and teamwork in the back of house environment. Provide spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware for guests. Interact with team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner. Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant. Must be at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
