Job Summary
Rinse, wash, pre-sort, and deliver clean dishes, cutlery, plates, and glassware to the kitchen and dining room. Keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks. Operate the dish pit and dish machine with focus on organization, efficiency, and teamwork. Interact with team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner. Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant. Must be at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
