Job Summary
The Dishwasher at Oakmont Management Group’s senior living community handles dishwashing duties and sanitation duties as part of the kitchen, including preparing the dish area, transporting and returning dishes, washing and sanitizing utensils, assisting with kitchen cleanup, and maintaining a safe, cooperative work environment. Responsibilities include responding to resident concerns professionally, supporting teamwork across departments, and upholding safety standards in the dish room, kitchen, dining areas, and related spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer six (6) months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
