Job Summary
Maintain a clean kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes using a dish machine and three-compartment sinks, while sorting soiled dishes and prepping food as needed. Keep the dish area organized, set up dish stations, and clean machines, appliances, and floors throughout the shift. Sweep, mop, take out trash, and rinse garbage cans, reporting accidents or food safety violations to supervisors. Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend, reach, and twist continuously. Adhere to proper food handling standards and follow instructions from immediate supervisors to support other restaurant staff members. Communicate with front desk, banquet teams, kitchen staff, valet, servers, and food runners to ensure a great experience for guests.

- Competency in dealing with Club members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations
