Dishwasher Full-Time Deerfield

Conduct daily dishwashing, sanitizing, and organizing of dishes, glassware, and silverware to ensure the back of house runs efficiently. Perform janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks including emptying trash, cleaning appliances, sweeping, mopping floors, and restocking items. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean, orderly conditions while adhering to health department and Hamco sanitation standards. Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas and manage the dish machine. Place clean equipment in storage and maintain positive working relationships with all team members. Shifts start and end early, with flexible scheduling for weekends and holidays; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
