Job Summary
Maintain and sanitize all food service operations by performing dishwashing, cleaning production equipment, and conducting floor sanitation. Remove garbage and boxes, clean kitchen equipment, and transport food from the kitchen to the buffet. Assist receiving staff in storing food products and replenish clean dishes and silverware for buffet attendants and servers. Follow direction of the lead steward and adhere to all company rules, regulations, and Tribal Ordinance requirements. Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients while wearing appropriate uniform and safety gear.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must be able to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others
- Must be able to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related experience
